Brett has had the privileged of running the marketing departments for two different Keller Williams Offices in Los Angeles. He has also sold millions of dollars in real estate himself. As time went on Brett started to notice things over and over again. Not all agents were created equal and not all clients fit with every agent.
Brett once got a referral for a client who was looking in Downtown Los Angeles and because he wanted to help he took on the task. As months went on he realized he just wasn't the best Realtor for the job and his client wasn't getting the best out of real estate as he deserved. So Brett partners with another realtor who he has done worth with before but this realtor specialized in Downtown. The second Brett brought on this partner the entire process got better. At this moment Brett realized there are thousands of people out there looking for realtors but they have no idea if those realtors are the right fit for them!
Now Brett takes his passion for real estate and helping and ensure that all his clients have the best realtor for their needs.
