It's Closing Time!

You will sign loan documents.  This usually can take up to an hour!  Make sure you bring a photo ID for your signing.  Once that is completed within a few days escrow will be funded with your final funds.  The final step is recording.  Your purchase gets put in a line at the county recording office, and once that is recorded the home is yours!

Make sure everything is ready for your big move.  Confirm your movers, make sure gas and power are aware of a change of ownership and get some rest!
