Get Mortgage Pre-Approval

Having a lender you trust can make or break your transaction experience. A good lender will ensure a smooth transaction, while a bad lender can make the process a nightmare. That is why we don't just stop at helping you find a Realtor, we also assist in the search for a lender.  There are many different programs and rates from many different lenders.  We help match you with the best program and best lender!   

The most common documents you will need to get pre-approved for a mortgage are:

  1. A complete application – provided by the lender

  2. Two months (recent) of asset information: 401K, stocks, Retirement funds, checking, savings, mutual funds, IRAs, CDs, etc. (These items will be listed on the application as well)

  3. Most recent month of paystubs

  4. The past 2 years of W-2s

  5. The past 2 years of tax returns

  6. The past 2 years of Corporate Tax Returns (if self-employed)

Pre-Approval:  This generally can take up to 3 days to receive.  You will need a pre-approval letter to make any offer in Los Angeles.  At the same time your lender will be able to estimate your monthly costs for the loan you will be taking on when finding your dream home.
