Live on the MLS!

Congrats on your hard work so far. Soon you’ll see your plans coming to fruition. Generally, you can expect your first showing request in 36-72 hours. As soon as the request is made, we will text or call you (your preference) to schedule a time that works best for the buyer and their realtor to view the home.

Things can move fast in any market, so there could be request in the morning for an afternoon showing.  Make sure that the bed is made before you leave for work and the dinner from the previous night is put away.  If you feel that you are too rushed your realtor can put stipulations on how much advanced notice you need.

You do have the right to say no to any showing request but remember you are not the only house on the market and buyers will not wait to long.  The only way to sell your home is to show it!

As your realtor will tell you, you should not be at the home for any showing.  You want the buyer to be as comfortable as possible, and when the seller is there it tends to not let the buyer let loose as much as needed.

Showings can run anywhere up to an hour so when there is a showing make sure you have blocked the proper amount of time to be out of the home.

Not all agents provide feedback.  Your realtor will try to get as much feedback as possible, but do not take it personal if you do not get feedback.  Remember you only need ONE buyer to sell your home.
